Aura Balancing With Light, Crystals, & Nature

Our aura, or energy field, constantly interact with the energies of people around us and it is normal for us to absorb some of the energy of those we come into contact with during the course of the day. For instance, if you have been in an excellent mood and then spend some time with a person who is negative, or someone who is very down trodden, you may find that your bright mood has evaporated as well.

This can occur because you have absorbed some of the energy of that person. This can have a very negative impact on your own aura, causing it to become imbalanced. It happens because our auras harbor the energies of different unwanted thought forms as well as unprocessed emotions. Sometimes different types of foods, as well as prescribed or recreational drugs, can taint the aura.

When your aura harbors unwanted energies, you may not feel your best. The good news is that it is possible to get your aura balanced either from an auric practitioner or by yourself. Aura energy healing can help clear out emotional-energetic blockages.

Rebalance Your Aura

Based on the different events in your life, aura and chakra balancing once every week or two is recommended. Every person is different and handles their lives in different ways, so there is no hard and fast rule as to how often you need to balance your inner energies. However, it can be helpful to try some simple steps to promote aura and chakra healing to bring that balance into your life on a daily basis.

Aura Balancing – Different Techniques

There are a number of different ways in which an aura can be balanced. Implementing the following strategies into your daily or weekly routine can assist you in gaining clarity over your emotional-energetic state.

Light

Light, either real or imagined, is one of the most classic aura cleansers. Sit down comfortably, then breathe deeply for a few minutes to let your body completely relax and unwind. Now imagine that your body is entirely filled with a bright, white light and visualize it restoring your entire body. This is one of the best ways to displace all the negative energy surrounding you. Take the time to relax and enjoy this rejuvenating feeling.

Follow these same steps as many times as you need until you feel the energy flowing through your body. It’s important that you visualize it within your energy field allowing it to displace all the negativity that you’re feeling. The idea is to push out all the negativity, sadness, worry into the universe where it can be neutralized and then reabsorbed into the larger cosmic field.

Crystals

These are excellent aura purifiers. The most common crystals used in aura balancing include black tourmaline, selenite, obsidian, smoky quartz etc. However, you can use the crystals that you feel more drawn toward. You have the option to either hang it around your neck or carry it with you. Alternatively, you can also place it at the head of your bed or keep it in any area of your home.

If you feel that you want something more powerful, you can place the crystal on your forehead right between your eyebrows and then just lie down and relax completely. Imagine a white light emanating from the crystal and surrounding your entire body. You can also move the crystal stones repeatedly across your energy field from head to toe. The intention is to ensure that all the foreign or negative energies are absorbed by it. Once you have finished using the crystals for aura balancing, clean them by soaking them in some sea salt water.

Spend Time Outdoors

It’s important to spend as much time as possible outdoors. Try to walk in a wooded area or even along a beach.  Greenery, shade, or a cooling breeze from the sea are very effective in balancing your aura. If you get the opportunity to strike out on the weekend, make it a point to spend that time outdoors in a forest or near a river or stream. Allow nature to refresh you and calm you completely.

Aside from these strategies, it’s advised to practice building mental strength so that you can create a shield of protection around you at all times, helping you to keep negativity at bay. While these may seem like very simple steps, they are extremely beneficial in bringing back balance to your aura.
