This article is written according to metaphysical thought. For many energy practitioners, the answer is simple: Choosing energy work is about helping people. We know that natural health solutions give our clients a better life – but when looking to expand your practice or evaluating entering a different area, how do you ensure you’re moving in the best direction?
Why Do You Do Energy Work?
Your energy work practice is all about you. You may think it’s about the clients – and of course your clients are the reason you’re in business – but at the end of the day, how you’re able to care for yourself, your desire to keep doing what you do and the tools you have to perform make up the very core of your business.
When considering expanding your healing practice, first decide whether or not you’d like to continue working with the same types of clients you have been. Take a look at how your body, your emotional state and relationships with other clients work based on your current energy work choices. It’s all in the clients and the service you’re performing – if you’re feeling unhappy or burned out with your service base, it may be time to look or think elsewhere.
Expand Your Network
For many healing practitioners, network expansion is the key to getting fabulous new clients and widening your base if you’ve picked up a new skill set. Getting into a new area of practice can be as simple as getting to know new practitioners and visiting natural health screenings or wellness fairs outside your specialty.
Above all, ask yourself: Is your practice working for you? Since you’re at the heart of your own healing, your comfort, self-care and independence are the most important thing in your control.
