How to See Your Chakras & Read Your Aura

June 12, 2018 by dave

This article is written according to people’s belief in metaphysics.

The human energy field, which is also referred to as the human aura is something every human being has. This luminous body is a manifestation of energy surrounding our physical body and that our aura has a direct connection to the energy vortices of our body which are the seven chakras. In essence, when you see aura colors, you are seeing the chakras.

All the different colors of our aura seem like they are originating from the chakra and then blend in creating an energy field around the body. Most people are under the impression that only aura healers or alternative healers are able to see auras. But many mystical people believe that it isn’t difficult to see an aura. They also believe you don’t really have to be particularly sensitive or a psychic to learn how to see and feel the human energy field that surrounds us.

Many of us, without realizing it, have already experienced or felt the auras of other people. For instance, there are times when you feel extremely uncomfortable in the presence of a person or get emotionally affected when you are in larger crowds. These are times when you have felt the auras of people around you as they believe.

With this said your seven chakras and your aura pick up information from the energy fields of people you come in contact with. But this is just an unintentional manner in which you have experienced or felt the auras of others and you can also do this consciously or in an intentional way. Below are guidelines at how you can see your chakras and auras. Once you learn how to see and interpret auras, the next step would be to learn more about chakra names, frequencies, & how to balance chakras.

How To See Your Charkas And Auras

While it isn’t very difficult to see an aura, it’s something that takes practice. The best way to start out with learning how to see chakras and auras is to see your own aura. At the outset, only the lower layers would be visible to you. However, with practice, you will be able to develop the ability to easily see all the higher levels of the chakras and auras as well.

  • In order to carry out this exercise, you will need to sit in a very quiet room that has a white or light colored wall.
  • It’s a good idea to try out this exercise at dusk or when the light is low. This is the time when your eyes would need to switch to night vision.
  • Start by sitting a distance away from the white wall.
  • Make sure your back is supported by a high-back chair and position your feet very flat on the ground.
  • Start by breathing deeply and slowly and take a few minutes to connect with your inner self as you relax completely.
  • Now slowly extend one arm and let your palm face the wall in front of you. At this point of time make sure your fingers are together.
  • Now slowly soften your gaze without looking away from your hand.
  • Continue holding your gaze for about 30 seconds and you will start to see an energy field all around your hand.
  • Now spread your fingers apart very slowly and continue looking at them with the soft gaze.
  • Slowly shift your gaze to the space between the fingers and you will notice a soft light of energy around your entire hand.
  • With a certain amount of practice, you will be able to see a darker outline around the hand as well as around your fingers.
  • Initially, this will appear like a heat wave and will be almost colorless. However, with time and practice, you will be able to see the various colors of your aura.
  • It’s important that you be patient and observe. There really is nothing to strive for and it’s more a matter of learning how to see auras.
  • Just be there in the moment and focus softly on your hand as well as your fingers and the space between them.
  • Over time you will be easily able to conduct this exercise in any light conditions as well as in the daytime and you won’t need to use a white background either.

Seeing Chakras and Auras of Other People

  • For this particular exercise, you will have to have the help of a friend and will also need a quiet room with a light or white colored wall.
  • Have your friend stand against one of the white walls. They don’t need to touch it but just need to stand very close to it.
  • Stand away from your friend so you can see him or her from head to toe.  This should include the white space behind the person.
  • Focus on your feet placed firmly on the ground and then breathe deeply and slowly as you connect deeply with your breath. Now simply close your eyes and continue breathing deeply for a few seconds.
  • Open up your eyes and look at your friend with a soft focus that encompasses the entire body. Continue looking softly and passively even as you notice whatever emerges.
  • Do not try to see anything and just look at what is being presented to you.
  • Very slowly you will start to see the energy field around the head and upper body. These are the areas of the chakras that are easiest to see.
  • At first the chakra aura will appear colorless almost like heat waves.
  • With practice and time, you will eventually start to see the colors and won’t need a white background to see the colors emanating from the chakras.

As mentioned at the outset, it isn’t difficult for anyone to see auras. All it takes is some time and practice and you will be able to see the chakras and the colors of the auras. Learning how to see these is the easy part. It’s a bit more challenging to learn to understand what these colors mean.

One of the best ways to learn to read an aura is to understand what the colors mean. However, it is important to keep in mind that aura colors are never static. Aura colors continue changing right through the day with the different internal and external life-changes and this is why the auras that emanate from the chakras are ever-changing.

The Difference Between Auras And Chakras

June 7, 2018 by dave

This article is written according to people’s belief in metaphysics.

The energy body, also referred to as the subtle body, is the system that constantly carries the life force energy around and through us, and it connects us to our higher selves, the Divine as well as each other. Getting a deeper understanding of this system is vital for spiritual and emotional health. This energy body isn’t visible to everyone, however, we always react to it and feel it constantly regardless of whether we are aware of it or not.

This system has several components that work in tandem, just like the rest of our body systems do. Auras and chakras are the two main components of this energy body as they contend. Below we take a closer look at what auras and chakras are and how they differ from each other.

Auras

Auras are electrical energy fields that extend out from your body almost like a bubble. They are made up of multiple energy layers that emanate from your chakras. When aura readers view them, the colors are visible based on the vibrations emanating from them. Auras aren’t stagnant; they are in a constant state of change in relation to your emotional and physical states. They serve two crucial purposes:

  1. Information exchange

Auras are like interactive fields of information and we use them to exchange information with the people we meet. They are somewhat like virtual business cards that share aspects such as your intentions, your overall health, sense of self and mood with the people you interact with.

You also receive this same information from the people you connect with during the course of the day. While most people don’t realize this happens, you may recall some instances where you were very sure that you knew or sensed something about a person you came in contact with. Sometimes you encounter people that you dislike or are wary of from the minute you meet them, while you may be drawn to others and feel that you have a very strong connection with them.

This aura energy field is a constant source of information and tells you more about the world all around you. You react to this and also adjust your behavior on the basis of the feelings you get from your aura every single day. When you learn to read your aura and trust what it’s telling you, it can help you on the path to success in your personal and professional life and more.

  1. Protection

Auras are the barriers of energy between your own self and the world around you. When your aura is healthy, it gives you a sense of great security and keeps you protected from the auras of people around you. You will also have very clear boundaries and will be able to easily distinguish between your desires and needs as well as those around you.

If your aura is unhealthy, you may end up feeling a lack of confidence; you’ll have a feeling of concern as the energies of people around you are all bearing down on you. Your boundaries with other people will be very weak and you will also end up taking on the problems of other people. Having a strong aura gives you an inexplicable feeling of being protected and safe; you will be more eager to seek the things you need and want and take on risks you feel are worth taking.

Chakras

The energy centers in the body are referred to as chakras. They correspond to various areas of spiritual, emotional and physical energetic functions. The body has seven primary chakras and there are also smaller chakras at various points in the body, as well as below and above the body. All these chakras are connected internally via energy channels that are spread across our body.

The energy comes from the connection you have to the earth’s energy below you as well as the Divine energy above you. The body has a constant cycle of energy breath and new energy is constantly introduced even as the old energy is being expelled from it. The seven main chakras in the human body are:

  • Root Chakra– It’s at the base of your spine, and is generally viewed as being of a red color. This chakra is your own energy connection to Mother Earth.
  • Sacral Chakra– This is located right below your belly button and is typically a shade of orange. It’s the center of emotional-energetic expression, core beliefs, and creativity in your life.
  • Solar Plexus Chakra– This chakra is situated at the base of the sternum and is generally yellow in color. It’s also your powerhouse, and completely governs the manner in which you extend your will and energy into the world.
  • Heart Chakra- This lies at the very center of your chest and all your relationships and love are centered on it. It could be green, pink or a combination of these two colors.
  • Throat Chakra– This chakra is your body’s center of communication. It’s generally some shade of blue and governs self-validation and active listening.
  • Third Eye Chakra– This is located right at the center of your forehead and is typically purple or indigo in color. This chakra gives you intuitive insight.
  • Crown Chakra– This is right at the top of your head and is either white or violet in color. It’s your connection to your higher being and is also where the divine connection is centered.

Auras and Chakras – The Difference and the Connection

  • Your aura is a field of energy that is emanated from each one of your chakras. Your aura health is directly connected to your chakra’s balance.
  • Your chakras and your aura have a very deep connection with one another.
  • The information that your chakras emanate is projected out into the world by your aura.
  • Your aura is a combination of every little bit of information coming from various chakras in your body; its colors alter your spiritual connection and emotional-energetic health.

There are numerous factors that can have an impact on your energy body’s balance as a whole. The key to maintaining this energetic health is to seek balance in your chakras and there are also numerous ways in which chakras can be balanced. Following some regular spiritual practices, taking good care of yourself emotionally and physically, seeking emotional support, and eating grounding foods all help maintain this balance as they believe.

What Your Aura can Teach You

May 31, 2018 by dave

This article is written according to people’s belief in metaphysics.

Aura is the energy that surrounds our body and is generated by it, and is a reflection of physical, mental, and spiritual energetic health. If your mind, body, and spirit are in good shape, the aura is likely clear. If there are no muddy patches or weak hues in it, it is an indication to the aura reader that you don’t need much energetic healing. A healthy aura also has a positive impact on people around you, making them feel more comfortable.

This means a muddied and corrupted aura is often an indication of poor spiritual health. It has a bad influence on the environment around you and can affect other people. Many people wonder just how much an aura can reveal and this article can help shed some light on the subject.

What Do the Colors Say?

A person’s aura consists of many colors and each color represents something different. Many aura readers will take note of the most dominant color and its intensity to understand a person’s current state. Here’s a brief look at the different shades and what they represent:

  • Yellow – People with yellow auras are energetic and enthusiastic. They are driven by intelligence as well as logic so they have a tendency to be practical and composed in difficult situations. However, they’re also prone to stress and can overexert themselves in order to reach their goals. They can make them a little more prone to concerns while being less capable of handling failures.
  • Red – Reds are fiercely independent and passionate. They have a taste for adventure so outdoor exploration, sports, traveling, and other such activities hold their attention. They are active and social, which means reds are less prone to fatigue. However, they are more likely to be reckless and experience bouts of restlessness.
  • Pink – People with pink auras are soft-hearted and kind, which is why it’s common for them to engage in nurturing professions. They think with their hearts so they’re often connected with their emotions. This makes them more vulnerable. These individuals can experience emotional-energetic imbalances more often, though their tendency to socialize does help prevent this in most cases.
  • Green – Individuals with green auras tend to live a cleaner life. They’re more attached to the outdoors, like being in the sun, and are active. They strive to eat well, often following a healthy lifestyle. They are fairly rigid in their approach to life, which can lead to some sadness. People with green auras are often physically fit.
  • Orange – Orange aura individuals are passionate, energetic, and active. They approach life with enthusiasm, which makes them successful in their chosen fields. However, they are prone to anger and frustration, often alienating loved ones because of an uncertain temperament. This does have an impact on their stress, which is why they must take better care of their mind and spirit.
  • Purple – People with purple auras have an intense spiritual presence. They think, feel, and contemplate things deeply. They’re more reclusive with a tendency to get a little lost in their head. Purple aura individuals don’t socialize often or have a large circle of friends but form tight bonds with the friends they have. Their mind takes up a lot of energy, which means their bodies are more prone to illnesses. Purple aura individuals must invest time in self-care regularly.
  • Blue – These individuals are peacekeepers and problem solvers. Their calm, steady aura, along with the ability to stay connected with reality makes them less vulnerable compared to purple aura individuals. Blues are very intelligent while possessing the ability to convey deep thoughts effectively. They remain relatively healthy but can be a little prone to indolence.
  • Gold – Gold is the color of extravagance and this is apparent in people’s personalities. They are outgoing, stylish, luxurious, and independent. These individuals aim to succeed in life so they can be quite ambitious. They tend to have a large circle of friends but are often considered superficial. For all their extravagance, gold aura people can also be a little vulnerable to lack of self-esteem.
  • White or Silver – White is a color that mixes and adapts to every situation. These individuals are versatile, flexible, intelligent, which makes them more likely to succeed in life. Unfortunately, they are prone to selfishness and find it difficult to empathize with others. White aura people can also be quite careless about their well-being and can take spiritual health for granted.
  • Brown – People with brown auras need an anchor as well as some direction. They wander through life, going with the flow without really settling anywhere. It’s easier for them to develop bad habits or fall back on them. Individuals with brown auras can also have some trouble with self-esteem.
  • Black – This is the most alarming color because it represents a black hole. The color is an indication of a lack of smooth flow of energy around your mind and body. People with black auras often struggle with deep underlying stressors like anger, loneliness, or uncertainty. They need proper care and ample support.

You may have a combination of these colors in your aura, which gives a reader some idea of the differences among auras. They might recommend lifestyle changes, exercise, therapy, towards a goal of general wellness.

It’s important to look for muddy or clouded auras, dull or faded colors, lack of solar colors like red, orange or yellow, disruption in aura flow, patches of brown and black colors, etc. All of these factors are a clear indication of aura-chakra imbalance.  Fortunately, aura healing can help restore it back to its former vibrancy. That helps improve quality of life and ensures people have a better understanding of their own health.

Guide to Aura Healing & Cleansing

May 24, 2018 by dave

This article is written based on people’s belief in metaphysics.

Aura healing is a great way to work towards general energetic balance. While you can always consult aura readers and aura healers for effective energetic balance here is some useful information and guidelines about auras, your energy field’s seven layers, and various ways of healing auras.

Healing with the chakra energy system occurs on a very deep level of consciousness and when you start to learn about auras and your energy field, you’re are opening yourself up to a vast aura-healing potential. It means you are expanding your field of consciousness and start to harmonize your thought patterns. So what exactly is an aura and how is it healed?

Understanding What an Aura Is

Aura is essentially an energy field and all physical matter has auras. In the case of human beings, the field may also be referred to as a subtle body or the human energy field. It’s referred to as the subtle body because the field can’t be perceived with our 5 senses. We need to develop a certain amount of sensitivity and acuity to perceive some of the higher vibrations and subtle fields of an aura. With the availability of aura picture readings, we can also use these tools to help visualize our auras.

Aura- The Seven Layers

The human energy field is made up of seven layers. The first three layers are very easy to perceive as they are dense and are related to the physical plane. The ones that are more difficult to perceive are the higher layers that vibrate at much higher frequencies. These are the seven layers that an aura has based on clairvoyant people’s belief:

  1. Etheric body – This is the first and densest layer, where the physical body gets formed.
  2. Emotional body – This is where emotions occur and human beings develop self-love.
  3. Mental body – It comprises of beliefs and thoughts which are the mental aspect. When this layer is healed, it helps create positive thoughts.
  4. Astral body – This layer exists on the astral plane; it holds records of our past – childhood experiences conception and pre-conception, and our past life experiences.
  5. Etheric body – This is the spiritual plane; it encompasses our purpose in life and our will.
  6. Celestial body – It is related to the spiritual place and denotes unconditional love for all of creation as well as divine love.
  7. Ketheric body – This is the last layer; it exists on the spiritual plane and vibrates at the highest frequencies. It’s the layer of oneness with the universe, divine perfection, and divine wisdom.

How Colors Are Used In Aura Healing

Colors are one of the most effective ways of healing auras. They are the waves that travel through space and depending on the wavelength, they are measured in nanometers and our eyes also register various colors. Sine waves are the measurement of energy used to depict vibration, waves, and frequency. This is a single frequency repeated indefinitely in a certain timeframe. Your subtle body, the chakras, and auras all vibrate at different frequencies as per their belief.

The colors of your aura are determined not just by your thoughts, feelings and internal state, but also by the external environment, surroundings and your clothing. Since everything has some energy, it interacts with everything else around you as they believe.

Colors And How To Use Them In Aura Cleansing

There are numerous ways in which colors can be used to complement other aura healing methods such as using certain stones, sage, meditation, praying, soaking in a bathtub of salt water etc. and here are some guidelines:

  • Wear colorful attire– Use various colors and hues on different days to ensure a full spectrum color-healing
  • Eat a rainbow food diet – Not only does this improve the balance of the energetic body, but benefits the spiritual and other layers of the aura too.
  • Using color to charge water- Get colored glass bottles from thrift shops and use a transparent filter to cover the top of the bottle. Fill up the bottle with pure spring water and place it in any sunny spot. Now allow the water to charge in the sun for a couple of hours. You can use an orange or blue-colored bottle. The water from the blue bottles helps energize the physical body while the orange water helps balance the emotional-energetic body.
  • Color visualization – Find a quiet place, sit in a very comfortable position and close your eyes. When you bring bright white light into your body, you start to open the blockages in the very first aura layer. Just imagine a very bright white light entering your body through your crown chakra. The light completely fills your skull. Next, imagine the light traveling down through your body, filling your shoulders and neck, your chest and arms, your abdomen, solar plexus, pelvis, and all the way down through your legs right to the toe tips. Once your entire body is filled with this white, healing, bright light, simply rest in that space and allow it to calm you.

Affirmations In Aura Healing

Understanding how to balance auras is important to overall spiritual and energetic well being. Affirmations are another useful aura healing tool. These work on the mental-energetic body, which is the aura’s third layer. It’s where you are able to balance all your thought forms. Use these affirmations at any point of the day or even when you are just getting into bed.

These affirmations can assist you in accessing deeper layers of consciousness; it helps you re-pattern various thought forms that are embedded deeply in your aura and when you repeat these affirmations just before getting to bed it helps greatly in calming.

Just as we all take care of our physical body, we also need to care for our energy-body. The aura healing methods that we just discussed above and getting an aura chakra reading are effective tools in healing the various layers of our aura.

Remote Aura Healing Or Distant Aura Healing

As spiritual energy isn’t limited by space and time, it’s possible to heal auras remotely. This type of healing is particularly useful in case there are geographical or physical limitations. Remote aura healing promotes stress-release and can be very calming.

Many experienced aura healers offer remote or distant aura healing to clients if required and you can also practice aura healing at home to improve your energetic balance.

The Chakra System

May 9, 2018 by dave

This article is written based on people’s belief in metaphysics.

Some people embrace the belief in chakras or just dismiss the entire concept as nothing but mumbo-jumbo. In this article, we talk about chakras in the most basic terms so you can understand the relevance of them and how they impact your life. In Sanskrit, the literal meaning of the word “Chakra” means “wheel”. In Indian thought, chakras are the circular spinning wheels of energy situated in various parts of the human body.

What Is The Chakra System?

The chakra system is a very involved energy channel network that connects these wheels; it is mapped across the entire body and is akin to a spiritual network system. The body has 7 large, main chakras that are found parallel to the spine. What adds to the ambiguity and the confusion when understanding what chakras are, is that there are a number of varying meanings.

At times, it’s almost as if people use this word when they are talking about spirituality. In some ways, it’s true that we aren’t entirely sure of what exactly we are referring to. When we talk about inner energy, it’s with reference to our life force. Energy makes us conscious of our surroundings and makes us feel alive.

The chakra system helps in explaining the movement of this “energy” or life force and helps us get a better understanding of ourselves. If you make an effort to consciously work with your chakras and balance them, it can go a long way in improving our emotional-energetic state.

Where Are The Chakras In Our Body?

As mentioned earlier, the 7 main chakras that make up the chakra system run alongside the spine. The first one is located at the perineum which is the spot between the anus and the genitals and they then rise up alongside the spine in a straight line leading up to the top of the head. In fact, the topmost chakra lies above the top of the head, outside of the body.

Each of these chakras vibrates at different frequencies and they all are associated with specific colors. This becomes a very handy aspect with reference to chakra readings and chakra meditations where these colors can be visualized clearly. Below is a guideline to understanding chakras:

Understanding The Seven Chakras

Let’s take a look at the chakras the color associated with them and what they stand:

  1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)

This chakra is situated at the root/base/perineum. It represents survival needs such as shelter & security as well as grounding. The root chakra is a good one to focus on if you are a frequent traveler, haven’t created a very solid home base somewhere and don’t have a strong sense of security. This chakra is associated with Red color, the spinal column, colon, the kidneys and the legs.

  1. Sacral Chakra (Svadisthana)

This chakra is situated near the Sacrum, which is a very large bone section above the coccyx, but right at the base of the spine. It represents characteristics and aspects such as sexuality, emotional-energetic balance as well as pleasure. The sacral chakra is associated with Orange color.

  1. Navel Chakra (Manipura)

This is situated right at the belly button and represents assertion as well as willpower. The color Yellow is associated with the Navel chakra.

  1. Heart Chakra (Anahata)

This chakra is situated very close to the heart; it represents attributes such as intuitiveness, compassion, unconditional love as well as acceptance. It is associated with the color Green.

  1. Throat Chakra (Vishudha)

As the name suggests, the chakra is situated in the throat area and is related to reliability, truth, communication and creativity. The color Blue is associated with this chakra.

  1. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

This is situated right at the brain’s center, just at the cross-section above the ears and between the eyes. It represents imagination, intuition, wisdom as well as the ability to perceive and analyze the truth in the world around us. The color it is associated with deep purple.

  1. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

This is the only chakra that lies just outside the physical body. It’s situated above the crown of the head and is considered to be our “spiritual body”. This particular chakra is associated with aspects like the state of pure being, unconditional love, and higher consciousness, which also makes it a little more enigmatic than the rest of the chakras in the body. However, the color white, indigo or light purple are connected to it and it’s also associated with upper vitalization.

How To Clean The Chakra System

This is a very brief and concise description and explanation of what the chakra system is and what it is made of. The subject, its connotations and the manner in which these chakras relate to your overall wellbeing can be a very complex subject.

But we can start to understand it by looking at our own lives and habits. This will give us some understanding of a how to bring in a semblance of balance in the chakras which will translate into greater clarity in our lives.

Various yoga practices such as the deep breathing techniques, meditation, chanting and physical postures are the different ways of balancing and cleaning our chakra system. It’s advisable to continue learning more, keep practicing and bring in that balance into your life.

Guide to Chakra Energy Healing

May 3, 2018 by dave

This article is written according to metaphysical thought.

Although there are believed to be hundreds of Chakras and auras, when it comes to aura chakra healing, there are 7 main chakras that are addressed specifically. When learning how to read your aura, spiritual people learn that chakras start at the base of your spinal cord, at the Root Chakra, where the coccyx is located. From there, it’s thought that the chakras travel up along your spinal cord to the top of your head. The seven chakras used in this spiritual practice are:

  • Crown Chakra
  • Third Eye Chakra
  • Throat Chakra
  • Heart Chakra
  • Solar Plexus Chakra
  • Sacral Chakra
  • Root Chakra

Chakra Healing Techniques

The primary objective of any spiritual practice, specifically Indian Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, Taoism, to Zen Buddhism and others like Sufi mysticism, is to reach a point of perfect balance between health, earth, body, spirit, grounding, and universality. Here are some effective chakra energy healing techniques:

The Chakra Meditation Technique

This technique needs to be approached from two different directions:

  • Focusing on the cause level – Only when the level of the cause is addressed, will feelings of upset and distress be eliminated. This is why chakra meditation should include types of meditation that assist in bringing your mind and body to a state of total awareness.
  • Focusing on the effect level – This involves variations of Chakra meditation utilized to ease the impacts or feelings of being separated or isolated to make you feel complete and whole again. White Light Chakra Meditation, Inner Vision Meditation, and The Wellbeing Boat are the different types of meditation techniques

If you are just embarking on Chakra Meditation, you may need some guidance to set you on the right track. Guided meditations are a great place to start, and allow you to hone in your focus while simply following along to the voice on a recording.

Affirmations

This is a very powerful tool that is commonly used in chakra energy healing. These positive statements are used to heal and strengthen various parts of our energetic being. When working with these affirmations, you can focus on different aspects in succession.

Color Vibration Therapy

Every color has a certain vibration associated with it. The result of being exposed to these vibrations, while varied, could cause a shift in our emotional-energetic state. When we expose our body to various colors in our homes, in the clothes we wear and food we eat, it helps us rebalance our chakras.

The Power of Music

Every chakra in our body responds to a different chakra sound healing frequency. Some of the commonly used techniques include the isochronic chakra suite. These brainwave entrainment techniques are a combination of Solfeggio frequencies and Tibetan singing bowls. Solfeggio is music frequencies utilized to create chakra healing sounds.

Professional Energy Healer Services

These professionals offer specialized chakra energy healing services; they understand the chakra meaning and examine an individual’s chakra system. This helps the healer determine energy levels and identify where potential blockages lie. Once the healer conducts a thorough examination, he/she will offer a suitable healing treatment to heal your chakra.

Chakra Stones

These stones are also called healing crystals and they contain specific vibrations and colors. Each chakra has a specific color and the very same color would have to be used in chakra healing. A specific color stone will be used to heal the chakra associated with that color. However, some stones like clear quartz can be used in healing multiple chakras.

Yoga

When an energy chakra is stuck, it helps to release the prana or energy using controlled movements. It is a proven fact that yoga postures are an excellent way to release stagnant/stuck energy from the body. This catalyzes the flow of fresh & vital energy back into your body through the postures and your breath.

Essential Oil Therapy

Essential oils are a vital component of chakra energy healing. They are typically used in combination with various massage techniques. Here is a list of recommended oils that you can use during massage therapy for different chakras:

  • 1st Chakra: Frankincense, Angelica, and Patchouli
  • 2nd Chakra: Rosemary, Orange, Juniper, Neola, and Clove
  • 3rd Chakra: Marjoram, Lemon, Rosemary, Yarrow, and Peppermint
  • 4th Chakra: Rose, Melissa, Basil and Rosewood
  • 5th Chakra: Blue Chamomile, Lemongrass, and Sage
  • 6th Chakra: Lavender, Clary sage, Elemi, and Spruce
  • 7th Chakra: Sandalwood, Geranium, Gotu Kola, and Myrrh

All of these chakra energy healing methods are conducted by many people. You can use them individually or in combination based on which chakra needs healing and the techniques you are using.
